In September 2025, FLO welcomed a distinguished guest chef—Guy Ravet from Switzerland, marking his debut in China. FLO was honored to be the first stop of his culinary journey in the country. Chef Guy Ravet is celebrated in Switzerland and across Europe’s fine dining scene, embodying excellence and heritage. His career began in his father’s kitchen, followed by 15 years at Switzerland’s legendary Ermitage restaurant. Currently, as Executive Chef of the luxury Grand Hôtel du Lac, he led the restaurant to achieve 17/20 in Gault & Millau. Additionally, he serves as President of Grandes Tables Suisses, underscoring his pivotal role in advancing Swiss haute cuisine.
During his four-day pop-up event at Maison FLO, Chef Ravet crafted an exclusive tasting menu for Beijing diners, blending Alpine purity with French elegance and Swiss precision.
This collaboration was not just a gastronomic feast but also a triumph of international culinary exchange, reinforcing FLO’s position as a premier platform for French fine dining culture.
