Apart from its reputation as the excellent spot for traditional French cuisine, Brasserie FLO  is famous for its fresh oysters from Brittany, France which is the home for some of the finest oysters in the world. As in all our brasseries in France, our “étalages de fruits de la mer” (seafood counter) is located near the entrance of the restaurant and varieties of seafood such as Dublin Bay prawn, whelk, crab, French Pacific Paradise Prawn, shrimp, and South African Rock Lobster are display on the counter.

Brasserie FLO  is the first restaurant in Beijing and Tianjin to offer fresh oysters from France and reservation is recommended if you would like to try this seafood delicacy. In order to guarantee the freshness of the oysters, Brasserie FLO  rely on Air France jets to deliver the freshest Brittany oysters every Tuesday and Friday. The quality of the oysters is unquestionable since we pay every great attention on details from the storage to the serving under the requirement of our French Chefs.


Brasserie FLO’s well-balanced menu offers its fine terrine and other French classic dishes such as escargots with French Isigny butter and garlic. Don’t hesitate to taste signature dishes prepared  by our Executive Chef such as the traditional “Bouillabaisse” or the “Steak Tartare”


The menu at Brasserie FLO changes frequently to reflect the changing seasons and available ingredients. Guests may order a la carte or from acclaimed seven-course degustation menu.
